In 2004, the Log Cabin Republicans withheld their endorsement from President Bush because of his support for a Federal Marriage Amendment and other anti-gay policies. There is no daylight between Bush and the Romney/Ryan ticket -- Romney and Ryan would set our movement for full LGBT equality back decades.

Right now, Sacramento legislators are deciding whether to vote for the interests of the middle-class or cave under pressure from the Big Banks. All the key votes will come from Democrats, but unless they know we're watching, they might vote with the banks. Challenge them to do the right thing!

When Rep. Issa took the reigns of the Oversight Committee, he promised a hearing a day. But he cancelled a hearing on the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission (FCIC) at the last minute because his staff found documents that "didn't fit the narrative." We don't need a narrative to investigate this issue. Sign this letter to Issa to demand a hearing.
