SIGN THE PETITION: Ban bottled water at Golden Gate National Parks

Nestlé, Coca-Cola and other corporations are making a huge profit off of trashing the most beautiful lands in America.

That's why there's a growing movement across the country to make all national parks bottled-water free. And Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA) -- which includes Golden Gate Park, Alcatraz Island, Muir Woods National Monument, and other iconic places in the Bay Area -- could be next in line.

We're suing to stop Nestlé from taking our water.

While California has struggled through one of the worst droughts in its history, Nestlé has been using an expired permit to illegally pump as much as 28 million gallons of water a year out of the San Bernardino National Forest. No more. We're filing suit with the U.S. Forest Service to stop Nestlé once and for all. Will you chip in to make sure we have the resources to fight and win?

Tell CA legislators: Support bold climate action!

James Hansen, formerly NASA’s Climate Chief -- just released a terrifying paper that predicts unavoidable sea level rise unless we take major, immediate action. Join us and tell your California Legislators to drastically increase our investment in renewable energy, dramatically reduce car emissions, and make huge increases in energy efficiency!

SIGN THE PETITION: Support racial justice in CA

California has one of the poorest racial and identity profiling laws in the country. And right now, a landmark bill is working its way through Sacramento that could fundamentally fix the broken law and reduce the epidemic of profiling and police brutality that has been threatening the lives and liberty of far too many people of color and minorities in California. AB 953 (by Assemblymember Shirley Weber) will help eliminate the harmful and unjust practice of racial and identity profiling in CA, and improve law enforcement transparency and accountability.

SIGN ON to support #Health4All!

A majority of Californians support expanding Medi-Cal and Covered California to include all low-income Californians, regardless of their immigration status. Why? Because providing EVERYONE access to affordable, quality health coverage is not only the right thing to do, it is also cost-effective, and good for the economy and the health of our state.

Sign the petition for debt-free college

Our goal is for presidential candidates and the entire Democratic Party to make debt-free college central to 2016 messaging -- and it's working. Presidential candidates are starting to talk about the issue. But we need your help to build on this momentum!

Join Moby to tell Gov. Brown: Stop Corporate Agribusinesses from tapping out CAs precious water!

Corporate agribusinesses are growing more and more water-intensive crops and guzzling down California’s precious water supply. It's taken centuries to build up California's groundwater reserves, and if we draw it down, we won’t be able to get it back. Join Moby, Courage Campaign, and Food & Water Watch to ask Governor Jerry Brown to realign California’s water rights now!

SIGN THE PLEDGE: Dont buy Nestlé bottled water

Despite delivering over 515,00 petition signatures (including 175,000 from Courage Campaign members) and national headline-making protests at bottling plants in Sacramento and Los Angeles, Nestlé has shown ZERO interest in stopping their egregious bottling operations in California. And now we're going to hit them where it counts -- their financial bottom line. Join us!

Demand that Wal-Mart stop bottling water from drought-stricken CA!

While Californians are doing their part to reduce their water consumption, Wal-Mart is out there making a huge profit off of the little water the state has left. With a recent report showing that California only has enough water to last the state one more year, it is time for corporations to stop bottling its water before it's too late.

Tell CA Gov. Brown: Stop Big Oil from poisoning our crops with toxic wastewater

The Los Angeles Times just exposed that California farmers are using oil-contaminated wastewater to grow a portion of our nation’s crops. And the oil industry is making MILLIONS of dollars in profits in return. Meanwhile, the American public has been eating potentially toxic crops. We have to stop this NOW before it’s too late!
