UPDATE: As of February 2013, the Justice Department continues to raid legal dispensaries. The Justice Department, led by Attorney General Eric Holder, has wasted millions of taxpayer dollars going after dispensaries that are in complete accordance with state law, while Wall Street bankers go free. Brown: ask him to do the right thing and sign SB 1172 promptly!
