Reports of arrogant, verbal and even physically abusive conduct of any party official or appointee of The CA Denmocratic Party is a serious matter and can not be dismissed as if in isolation of those supplying support of this FORCE, in my view, very close to FASCISM ... TOTALITARIANISM. This has been accomplished by a lock-step march to develop coalitions presuming themselves to be superior to "THE PEOPLE" and this 'IN YOUR FACE" is typical when opposition would arise. We are not "subjects," but entitled to express criticism of "leadership" and "officeholders" that are falling short of responsibilities to those to whom they should be accountable. US! CA has elected a Republican governor, the Democratic hold on the US House and Senate is tenuous, both are rated at a confidence level of the American public below that of Bushliters. And 2008 cometh? Reports of arrogant and verbally and abusive conduct of the Chair of a Standing Committee are alarming in that it appears to have been a blatant display. Questions need to be raised about who is responsible for the entire agenda of The CA Dem Party that does not appear to place a priority on the convenience and comfort of members and delegates paying "the freight" in dues and fees, much less courtesy and respect for their views as ELECTED representatives of their constituencies. This site of the meeting was very inappropriate and on the weekend prior to Thanksgiving when families are preparing for this major festivity. The Media has not in decades even explored these roles at local levels of County Central Committees and statewide as to The Democratic State Central Committee. It has been a "closed loop."
