EEG and Aegis

1. Aegis is a private military company authorized and certified by the UN. Two such companies actively operating in the US are EEG and Aegis. They have a legitimate fairly benign sounding company web-page.

2. They are ten times the size of Blackwater, and I'd never heard of them.

Does anyone know more about them?
