Since the Hilary-Geffen-Obama drama still has legs, I can no longer resist chiming in on the juvenile debate. As you know, Hollywood producer and music mogul David Geffen vented his frustration with Senator Hilary Clinton after hosting a star-studded Beverly Hills gala for Senator Barrack Obama.
Apparently, the Clinton camp, which used to count Geffen as one of its top fundraisers tried to thwart the planned campaign ATM withdrawal event for Obama several weeks ago to no avail.
Geffen, motivated by President Clinton's passover of Leonard Peltier from his widely criticized pardon frenzy, not to mention Hilary's refusal to apologize for giving the president the authority to invade Iraq went public with his anger courtesy of NY Times columnist Maureen Dowd.
The Clinton camp going ballistic, responds in kind by dragging Obama into the gossipy mess demanding he disavow his campaign of Geffen, his comments and his money. MISTAKE # 1.
