Just a few months into our campaign to hold House Government and Oversight Chairman Darrell Issa accountable to his constituents and the American public, and already the San Diego County Republican Party has gone into full-attack mode against the Courage Campaign. When I published an Op-Ed challenging Issa's record, it unleashed a barrage of e-mail blasts, blog posts, and letters to the editor smearing us for daring to challenge the GOPs newly minted “Attack Dog in Chief.”

When Rep. Issa took the reigns of the Oversight Committee, he promised a hearing a day. But he cancelled a hearing on the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission (FCIC) at the last minute because his staff found documents that "didn't fit the narrative." We don't need a narrative to investigate this issue. Sign this letter to Issa to demand a hearing.
